Conversational AI that lets non-marketers brief Smart TV campaigns in plain language. Worked across the flow, UI, and Figma Make prototypes.
The recommendations were accurate. Adoption was near zero. The real problem: people distrusted themselves acting on something they couldn't explain to a client.
When a shopper taps a Meta ad and the size is sold out, that's a lost sale and an inflated CAC. Feed Manager controls which products feed into ads dynamically. Rebuilt the rule editor as a decision tool.
5,000+ components isn't the hard part. Heatmaps showed which ones developers were overriding. Atoms-first, WCAG 2.1 AA, fully adopted on handoff.

My background in Architecture taught me to think about structure, movement, constraints, and how people navigate complexity. The medium has changed, but the thinking remains the same.
Over the past 3+ years, I've designed products across AdTech, AI, enterprise SaaS, and FinTech, from conversational interfaces and agentic workflows to design systems and complex operational dashboards. I enjoy untangling complex workflows, navigating ambiguity, and making products easier to understand and use.
I pay close attention to the moments where people pause, backtrack, or second-guess an action. Those are usually signals that something can be clearer, simpler, or better aligned with how people actually think.
Along the way, I've worked closely with engineers, product managers, clients, and business teams, facilitated design discussions, contributed to hiring, and helped shape products from early ideas to shipped experiences.
Outside of work, I'm usually baking something sweet, learning pottery, playing badminton, or picking up a new hobby. Based in NCR and always happy to connect with people building interesting things.
